31 Series from 31Days to Follow

This year, for several reasons, I decided not to participate in the 31 Days Writing Challenge. But I am still looking forward to October blog reading, because there is so much great blogging to read this month as many other bloggers undertake the challenge.

Today I thought I would share 31 of these new series that look interesting. I'm not saying I'll keep up with all of these, but they intrigued me for one reason or another. There are hundreds of entries, though, so choosing just 31 took discipline.

31Days

Blogging buddies:

1. 31 Days to Surviving Sports Season Sanely by Dawn at ladydusk. If you have children involved in athletics, you're going to want to check this one out. (I don't, but I'm still going to follow the series because I'm always looking for ways to make busy seasons more manageable for our family.)

2. 31 Prayers for Our Homes by Candace at His Mercy is New.  I love the concept of covering our homes in prayer. She has a printable too, so this isn't just something to try in October.

3. 31 Days of Book Detectives by Heidi at Mt. Hope Chronicles. Heidi always has fantastic book lists, and I'm looking forward to seeing how she appliesDeconstructing Penguins: Parents, Kids, and the Bond of Reading (a book I read a few years ago but I can't say I really applied it in a meaningful way).

4. 31 Days of Tackling the To-Do List by Anna at Little Drops of Water. Anna is using the challenge not just to inspire blogging but to get some home improvement done. Inspiring!

5. 31 Days of Life, Books, and School in Pictures by Amy at Crossing the Brandywine. Like she says in her intro: "...if I can shoot it with my camera, it's fair game this month."
