I'm participating in the 31 Days Challenge this October so I thought for my weekend reading post this week I'd share some of the series I'm following. We'll get back to our usual Weekend Reading with all kinds of interesting posts (I've got some saved up) next Saturday.
Starting off with some of my blogging mentors and friends:
- 31 Days of Praying the Scriptures for Your Family by Candace at His Mercies are New.
- Imperfectly Domestic: 31 Ways to Do it Anyway by Gina at Someday Saints.
- 31 Days of Playing with the Arts by Jennifer at Expanding Wisdom.
- Busted: 31 Days of Charlotte Mason Myths by Brandy at Afterthoughts.
- 31 Days of Picture Books for Art Appreciation by Julie at Nurturing Learning.
- 31 Days of Picture Books for Everyone by Pam at Everyday Snapshots.
- 31 Days of Simple Home Systems by Mystie at Simplified Organization.
- 31 Days of Homeschool Lists also by Mystie at Simply Convivial (yes, she's keeping up with two 31 day challenges!)
- Resources for Catholic Moms by Dianna at The Kennedy Adventures.
- Raising Kind Kids by Colleen at Raising Lifelong Learners
And here are some other 31 Days series that caught my eye:
- 31 Days of Vintage Ebooks from Strong Haven.
- Love Over Fear in Relationships from The Balanced Wife.
- 31 Days of Great Children's Music from Syncopated Mama.
- Letting Go of Perfect from Mama Gab.
- 31 Days of Learning to Be Positive from The World According to Plaidfuzz.
- 31 Hymns of Praise from Living My Portion.
- 31 Days of Soul Food from Mind Mumbles.
- 31 Days to Creating Community from Joyful Expectancy.
- 31 Days of Love, Inspiration and Being Real from Bonita Rose.
- 31 Small Ways to Grow Your Blog from Kirstin Oliphant.
- Blogger Rehab from A Cookie Before Dinner.
- 31 Days to a Better Blog from Debbie Stangeland
There are hundreds of other bloggers and topics to choose from. There are series on almost anything you can imagine. October is a great month to find new blogs to love.
Don't forget my series: From Aesop to Zion - 31 Authors Children Love
Are you following any 31 Days series? And if you're writing a series, please share a link in the comments. I'd love to see what you're writing about this month.

Just wanted to say "thanks" for the shout out in your post. Looking forward to reading your 31 day posts.
You are welcome! All the hymns you've shared so far are my favorites too. :)
I've not been brave enough to attempt a 31 Days in the past couple years. Just not the right time in our family, I think. And that's OK. :) But I enjoy reading others when I can!
There are so many great ones this year. Should be enough to keep people reading until next October. ;)
