Book Lovers Gift Guide 2015

Last year I put together a book lovers' gift guide called Not Just Books: a Book Lover's Gift Guide. I had so much fun browsing all the great products inspired by people who love books and reading. (And, bonus: some of those items have ended up under my tree and in my mailbox because I am a book lover too.) So, I wanted to do another list this year, with all new suggestions. Here are 35+ additions to last year's gift guide.

So, what non-book gift should you buy the book lover in your life for Christmas this year?

(Remember, the categories are just suggestions. I don't mean to imply anything by them. After all, you know your book lover best.)

What other gifts make a bookworm's heart skip?

  • Amazon or Barnes and Noble Gift Cards
  • Gift cards to the local library gift shop or independent book store
  • E-reader device. Kindle or a Nook. (Hint: watch Craigslist and FB Yard Sale Sites. You can find barely used devices for much less than retail.)
  • Bookshelves that fit their personal style. Some folks are mid-mod, some are Victorian, some will take what they can get, but book lovers are always looking for their next shelf.
  • A vintage card catalog. This might not be in your price range and they're tricky to find, but I've never met a bookworm who didn't dream of owning one. (True story.)

Do you have a bibliophile on your list? What gifts would you suggest?
